Our Facilities
Being experts in Secure Information Management, we know how important data confidentiality is. This is why we ensure our facilities are equipped with strict security features that is in accordance with OSA classified group.
Our storage system is state-of-the-art; built by the best in the industry. Not only that, it has been tested numerous times to ensure that your valuable documents can survive anything and everything, including earthquakes.
Our systems are equipped with CCTV cameras with dedicated wiring - recording 24/7, with back-up electricity from generator sets and LCDTVs for real-time monitoring.
All office entrances are controlled by centralized biometric access system. We also have high perimeter walls with barbed wires and roller shutters that are locked at all times (these are fitted with shock sensors) ensures maximum security.
Not only that, all warehouse doors are armed with siren and emergency strobe light to further secure our facilities. Our security guards patrol the facilities 24/7 with patrol clock-in devices.
Along with strict guidelines on pre-set standard operating procedure for visitors and vendors to enter, you can be sure your records are safe and secure.

The racking system we use is industry leading interlock multi-Tier System, designed by German company SSI Schaefer. It is built to minimize the risk of disaster within the facility due to an earthquake & able to withstand up to Seismic Zone 1, under UBC 1997 (Uniform Building Code, USA); note that Malaysia is under Zone 0.
We also adhere to European Materials Handling Federation (known widely as Fédération Européenne de la Manutention, or FEM) Standards the world’s leading regulatory authority on storage system design
